This handbuilding workshop will take you through different techniques in order to create your very own custom butter dish.

You will be encouraged to take the shape and style in any direction you wish, whilst being shown the different techniques you can make use of to build your pieces.

You will learn the basics of coiling and slab building. Once you have built your pieces you can further customise them with carvings, painting and potential sgraffito!

What to expect from this class:
- Be taught hand-building techniques 
- Add personal design touches as you go
- Get plenty of tips and inspiration from your host
- Choose to fill yours with personal details, from stamping your name onto it to carving details onto your finished piece!

This pottery workshop is the perfect way to get creative learning new skills. You'll be leaving with a lovely watering can that you can use at home.

*Your creations will be left for a week to be bisque fired, glazed and fired again for one final time. This process takes between 4 - 6 weeks. Your host will email you when your pieces are ready to collect.*
 
Cancellation policy
For a full refund the participant may cancel the booking up to a week before the start date. If the participant fails to cancel the course prior to this, the full course fees are payable.
