In the notes/ message of the order please state the following:
Date of your booking
Time of your booking
Amount of people attending 
 
This is a personal link to your private booking fee. Please do not share this link with anyone as the amount is tailored to your private party. You will have been asked to pay this fee within the week of your booking and this is therefore non - refundable in the event of a last minute cancellation/ no show.
